Jason Atherton is unstoppable in his appetite for new restaurant openings that serve insanely good food. His latest is Sosharu (which means social in Japanese) and it’s next level. Think teppanyaki, robatayaki, sashimi and innovative izakaya. But don’t stop there. In the basement is Seven Tales; a sake and hip hop basement bar. Rice wine made with rice-washed gin and sesame, Champagne papi that comes with a vending machine token for a faux bag of MDMA (just sugar, don’t sweat), and, for extra authenticity, those Japanese loos that blowdry your butt. This place rocks.
